With over 15 years of experience, Victoria has dedicated her career to helping people overcome the hidden barriers to quality sleep—like jaw tension, nasal congestion, and poor breathing patterns.

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy and certified Myofunctional Therapist, she combines clinical expertise with a deep passion for sleep health. She’s worked alongside ENTs, dentists, and sleep specialists to deliver care that’s both evidence-based and highly personalized.

Victoria created Revive, a 12-week online sleep program, to give more people access to the tools and strategies that have helped her clients sleep deeply, wake up refreshed, and reclaim their energy.

  • I no longer need a CPAP

    In 2022, I consulted a specialist in sleep medicine and pulmonology in Montreal. Following a test, I was diagnosed with fairly serious sleep apnea, and the doctor recommended I wear an oxygen mask at night. Given my discomfort sleeping with such a device, we discussed other options, and among them, he suggested working with Victoria, whom I can never thank enough.
